Where is the Creve Coeur Municipal Court?
At 300 N. New Ballas Rd., Creve Coeur, MO 63141. The court's email is courts@crevecoeurmo.gov.
How do I pay a Creve Coeur traffic ticket?
Check your citation and Case.net for the amount and whether the ticket can be paid without appearing. Email the court at courts@crevecoeurmo.gov with questions about your case.
Which tickets need a court appearance?
Any ticket that doesn't show as payable, and any case where the court has ordered you to appear. Read your paperwork for the date.
What does the court say about the Driver Improvement Program?
More than most courts. Its page says a program "may be ordered" for certain cases, and that you must attend one "vetted and approved by the Missouri Safety Center." It tells drivers to check the court order for the type of program, in person or virtual, and says deadlines "may NOT be extended by this court as they are state statute regulated."
Where you send the completion depends on why the course was ordered:
| Reason | Send it to |
|---|---|
| Probation requirement | The court only |
| In lieu of a point conviction | The court and the Missouri Department of Revenue |
| Plea agreement or amendment | Check your paperwork |
| Pre-sentencing order | Check your paperwork |
For a course in lieu of points, the court says "you only have 60 days."
How do I keep the points off?
Ask the court to let you complete the Driver Improvement Program before you plead guilty or pay. Paying is a guilty plea, and the points follow the conviction. If the court approves it, you have 60 days from your conviction to finish an 8-hour course on the Missouri Safety Center's approved list.
The program covers speeding, careless and imprudent driving and ordinary moving violations. It isn't available to CDL holders or drivers licensed in another state, and you can use it once in 36 months. How to ask the court.
What if my ticket isn't from Creve Coeur police?
Creve Coeur is one of many cities in St. Louis County, and each has its own court. A Highway Patrol ticket goes to the circuit court. Use the court named on your citation.
What happens after the course?
The course provider gives you MO Form 4444. Take it to the court for a signature, then get it to the Department of Revenue within 15 days of finishing. Form 4444.
