Why we built Road Ready Safety
Our goal is simple: fair, transparent, state-approved courses for Texans, plus plain-English guides so nobody is left confused, frustrated or upset about how ticket dismissal works.
A lot of drivers have had bad experiences with surprise fees, confusing options and no one to help. Our refund policy is compliant and clear, because we want to earn back the trust those experiences cost.

Road Ready Safety is the trade name of Road Ready Driver Instruction LLC, an online course provider. We build and run our own courses, write the guides on this site, and answer the phone and the inbox ourselves.

Our licenses
Each course runs under its own state approval. The Texas numbers link to TDLR's own record, so you can check them without taking our word for it.
- Texas driving safety course provider CP1234 Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Covers the 6-hour defensive driving course. Verify CP1234 on TDLR ↗
- Texas driver education provider C3705 Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, online exclusively for adults. Covers the adult driver education course (ADE-1317). Verify C3705 on TDLR ↗
- North Dakota: NDDOT-approved for point reduction North Dakota Department of Transportation, Driver License Division. The point reduction course only; the insurance premium reduction course is a different approval, listed next.
- North Dakota: NDHP-approved for insurance premium reduction North Dakota Highway Patrol, motor vehicle crash prevention course under NDAC 38-08. The insurance premium reduction course only; it does not reduce points.
- Missouri Safety Center approved provider OL031 The Missouri Driver Improvement Program, ordered by a court in lieu of points.
