1. Contact the court handling your ticket
2. Ask whether you may complete a Driver Improvement Program to avoid points
3. If yes, note the date of your plea or conviction. Your 60 days run from that date
4. Then enroll

1. Click Start the Course on any page
2. Enter your name, date of birth, Missouri driver license number and contact details exactly as they appear on your license
3. Enter your court and citation details so they appear on your completion form
4. Pay $24.99 by card. Nothing else is charged
5. You receive a confirmation email with your login link

1. Open the login page and enter your email and password
2. Enter the code we email you
3. Click Continue Course to pick up where you left off

1. Work through the twelve modules in order
2. Each module has a minimum time; together they add up to Missouri's eight hours
3. Stop and resume whenever you like; your place is saved

1. Finish every module first
2. The exam is 25 questions; 20 correct passes
3. If you miss it, retake it immediately with different questions. There is no limit

1. Both are ready to download the moment you pass
2. Download them and keep copies
3. Need another copy? Ask support. One free duplicate within 30 days

1. Mail the completion form to Missouri Department of Revenue, Driver License Bureau, PO Box 200, Jefferson City, MO 65105-0200
2. If your court asked for proof, give it a copy of the certificate and form
3. Do both well inside your 60 days, and keep proof of mailing

Note: The DOR's guidance is that either you or the program may mail the form. If you want us to mail it, contact support after you pass.

2. Enter the email you enrolled with
3. Open the reset link in the email (it expires after 24 hours)
4. Choose a new password and log in

1. Open your phone's browser and log in
2. The course and exam adapt to your screen
3. Your progress saves when you leave, so you can switch between phone and computer any time
