- •Request deadline: Contact court before making any online payment to request DSC or deferred disposition
- •Must contact the court BEFORE paying online if requesting Defensive Driving or Deferred Disposition — online payment without prior contact enters an automatic no-contest plea.
- •All hearings are in-person only as of April 1, 2024 (no Zoom requests approved).
- •No continuances/resets accepted within one business day of a scheduled hearing (effective July 15, 2024).
- •In-person payments accepted until 4 p.m. Mon–Fri; court closes 12–1 p.m. for lunch.
- •Online credit card payments incur a 2.35% convenience fee and post the following day.
