Important Deadlines & Local Rules

  • Completion window: 90 days from court approval to complete the driving safety course; all fees must be paid within 30 days of approval.
  • CDL holders are not eligible for DSC dismissal.
  • Ineligible if charged with speeding 95 mph or more, or 25+ mph over the limit in a work zone.
  • Ineligible if charged with passing a school bus or failing to remain at the scene of a collision.
  • Must not have taken a driving safety course within the 12 months preceding the citation date.
  • Moving violations only; must plead guilty or no contest.
