  • •Proof of financial responsibility (valid TX auto liability insurance)

After Completing the Course — Submit These

  • •Texas Type 3A driving record from DPS (proof no DSC in prior 12 months)

Important Deadlines & Local Rules

  • •Request deadline: Contact court before appearance date on citation; court grants 90-day window to complete course upon approval
  • •Completion window: 90 days from request approval.
  • •Court located at Southwest Subcourthouse, 6551 Granbury Road, Fort Worth, TX 76133.
  • •CDL holders are ineligible for DSC dismissal.
  • •Partial payments not accepted for DSC fees.
  • •Online payments via jpfines.com carry a 2.35% card processing fee ($1 minimum); mail payments by money order or cashier's check only.
