To Request Approval — Submit These

- •Proof of current liability insurance
- •Court fee payment — money order or cashier's check payable to JP Pct 2 (call to confirm amount)
- •Self-addressed stamped envelope if submitting by mail
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •Texas Type 3A certified driving record (from DPS)
