  • Certified Type 3A Driving Record from Texas DPS

Important Deadlines & Local Rules

  • Request deadline: On or before appearance date on citation
  • CDL holders are NOT eligible for DSC dismissal.
  • DSC dismissal is available only for moving violations.
  • Must not have taken a DSC for ticket dismissal within 12 months prior to the citation date.
  • Approved courses listed at texasapprovedcourses.com.
  • Handles county-road and DPS Class C traffic citations; this is a JP court, not a municipal court.
