Important Deadlines & Local Rules

  • Request deadline: Submit DSC request in writing on or before the appearance date on your citation
  • Completion window: 90 days from court approval (standard Texas justice court DSC window).
  • CDL/commercial driver's license holders are NOT eligible for DSC dismissal.
  • Cannot use DSC to dismiss more than one ticket within a 12-month period.
  • Court payment portal: certifiedpayments.net (bureau code 9029116) or call 866-549-1010.
  • Payment plan applications submitted to compliance.forms@ectorcountytx.gov.
