DSC Court Fees
⚠ $147 non-refundable court cost and administrative fee; pay by money order or cashier's check payable to 'Justice of the Peace, Pct. Three'. Ineligible if speed ≥95 mph or ≥25 mph over limit, CDL holder, or school-bus passing violation.
How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These

- •Copy of valid Texas driver's license
- •Proof of liability insurance
- •Money order or cashier's check for $147
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •Driving record (DPS Form 3A, requested within 30 days)
