  • Completion window: 90 days from appearance date.
  • No Precinct 3 Place 2-specific DSC form found on bellcountytx.com as of June 2026; contact court to request the form.
  • Defendant is responsible for delivering DSC completion certificate to the court — the school does not submit it.
  • $200 fine may be imposed if course not completed within the 90-day window.
  • CDL holders and out-of-state license holders (non-military) are generally not eligible for DSC.
