- •Completion window: 90 days from appearance date.
- •No Precinct 3 Place 2-specific DSC form found on bellcountytx.com as of June 2026; contact court to request the form.
- •Defendant is responsible for delivering DSC completion certificate to the court — the school does not submit it.
- •$200 fine may be imposed if course not completed within the 90-day window.
