To Request Approval — Submit These

- •Proof of personal liability insurance effective on date of citation
- •Copy of Texas driver's license (Class C, no CDL)
- •Court fee payment
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •DSC Certificate of Completion (signed)
- •Certified Type 3A Driving Record from Texas DPS
Important Deadlines & Local Rules
- •Request deadline: On or before your appearance date
- •Completion window: 90 days from appearance date.
- •Court does not accept personal/business checks or cashier's checks; cash, money order, or debit/credit card only (card incurs processing fee).
- •Affidavit must be notarized if submitting by mail (not appearing in person).
- •Defendant is responsible for delivering DSC completion certificate to the court — the school does not submit it.
- •$200 fine may be imposed if course not completed within the 90-day window.
