  • DSC Certificate of Completion (signed)
  • Certified Type 3A Driving Record from Texas DPS

Important Deadlines & Local Rules

  • Request deadline: Must request DSC dismissal and pay fee before original citation due date
  • Completion window: 90 days from court approval to complete course and submit signed certificate.
  • Not eligible if charged with speeding 25+ mph over limit, driving 95+ mph, passing a school bus, or offense in a work zone with workers present.
  • Cannot use DSC dismissal more than once in a 12-month period.
  • Mail submissions must be postmarked no later than original citation due date.
