- •Proof of auto liability insurance (showing coverage on offense date)
- •Copy of valid Texas driver's license
- •Payment of $146 court fee
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •DSC Certificate of Completion (signed)
- •Certified Type 3A Driving Record from Texas DPS
