After Completing the Course — Submit These

  • •Type 3A Driving Record (from DPS website)

Important Deadlines & Local Rules

  • •Request deadline: Contact court on or before appearance date on citation
  • •Completion window: 90 days from date of Order Granting DSC.
  • •Not eligible for DSC if speeding 25+ MPH over limit, driving 95+ MPH, passing a school bus, moving violation in construction zone with workers present, hit-and-run, or fleeing.
  • •No CDL holders eligible.
