Important Deadlines & Local Rules
- •Request deadline: On or before your citation appearance date

- •Fax: (512) 260-4215. Personal/company checks not accepted; cash, cashier's check, or money order; credit card in person (2.15% fee).
- •Allow ~10 days after citation issuance before contacting court.
- •30-day extension available by submitting Extension Application form by fax or mail.
- •No CDL holders; offense must not be in active construction zone; speeding must be <25 mph over limit and <95 mph; no prior DSC dismissal within 12 months.
