- •Certified Type 3A Driving Record from Texas DPS
Important Deadlines & Local Rules
- •Request deadline: Written request must be postmarked on or before your appearance date
- •Completion window: 90 days from court approval (standard Texas).
- •Do NOT take the driving safety course until you have received written permission from the court.
- •Ineligible if traveling 25+ mph over the posted limit, if you hold a CDL, or if you completed a DSC within the past 12 months.
- •Requests postmarked after the appearance date will be denied.
