How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These
- •Completed DSC Request Form with no-contest plea
- •Proof of liability insurance (financial responsibility)
- •Payment of $146.00 court costs (cashier's check or money order)
- •Valid Texas driver's license number
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •DSC Certificate of Completion (signed)
- •Certified Type 3A Driving Record from Texas DPS

- •Completion window: 90 days from court order (standard Texas JP window; confirm with court).
