How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These
- •Copy of valid Texas driver's license (non-commercial)
- •Proof of vehicle liability insurance (must be listed as driver on policy)
- •Completed DSC request form with no-contest/guilty plea
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •Certificate of completion of TEA-approved driving safety course (within 90 days)
- •Certified copy of driving record (version 3A) from Texas DPS — $10 fee
