- •Proof of liability insurance (valid on date of offense)
- •Copy of valid Texas driver license
- •TDLR-approved course completion certificate
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •DSC Certificate of Completion (signed)
- •Certified Type 3A Driving Record from Texas DPS
