How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These
- •Signed DSC request (plea of guilty or no contest on or before appearance date)
- •Valid Texas driver license, permit, or Military ID
- •Proof of insurance
- •Signed TDLR-issued course completion certificate (delivered to court after completion)
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •DSC Certificate of Completion (signed)
- •Certified Type 3A Driving Record from Texas DPS

- •Completion window: 90 days (standard TX CCP 45A; confirm with court).
