How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These

- •Signed plea of no contest or guilty (affidavit)
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •Texas Type 3A certified driving record from DPS

- •Completion window: 90 days from date of plea to complete course and submit certificate.
