- •CONSOLIDATED COURT (verified): As of July 20, 2023, the City of Boyd and the City of New Fairview signed an Interlocal Agreement transferring all municipal court services to New Fairview. Boyd Municipal Court became a court of record on July 15, 2023. All Boyd dockets are now held at New Fairview Town Hall, 999 Illinois Lane, New Fairview, TX 76078. This explains why Boyd, New Fairview, and Paradise share the same phone number — New Fairview administers all three courts.
- •Paradise also joined this arrangement via a separate Interlocal Agreement signed April 28, 2025.
- •The DSC affidavit form is not available for download on the city website; contact the court by phone or in person to obtain it.
- •Mail submissions should still use the Boyd mailing address (PO Box 216, Boyd, TX 76023) as listed on the Boyd city site, but in-person appearances are at the New Fairview location.
