How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These

- •Driving Safety Course completion certificate from a TDLR-approved provider
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •DSC Certificate of Completion (signed)
- •Certified Type 3A Driving Record from Texas DPS
Important Deadlines & Local Rules
- •Request deadline: On or before your appearance date
- •Completion window: 90 days (standard Texas DSC window — verify with court).
- •Court is located at the Burkburnett Justice Center, 101 E College Street — not at City Hall (501 Sheppard Rd).
- •Citations issued after January 28, 2026 are not visible in the online payment system; defendants with newer citations must contact the court directly.
- •The city's drive-through window at City Hall is closed 1:00–2:00 PM Monday–Friday (since August 1, 2025).
