How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These
- •Proof of current liability insurance
- •Copy of valid Class C Texas driver's license or permit
- •Payment of $144 court fee ($169 if school zone)
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •DSC Certificate of Completion (signed)
- •Certified Type 3A Driving Record from Texas DPS
