DSC Court Fees
⚠ Court costs are $144 for a standard moving violation or $169 in a school zone (per the official court DSC page). A 3% processing fee applies to card payments. Verify with the court as fees can change.
How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These
- •Driver Safety Request and Affidavit (notarized)
- •Payment of court costs ($144 / $169 school zone)
- •Proof of current insurance
- •Copy of valid Texas driver's license
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •DSC completion certificate and certified 3-year DPS driving record after the course
