DSC Court Fees

How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These
- •Written DSC request and guilty/no-contest plea
- •Copy of valid Texas driver's license
- •Proof of insurance listing you as a driver
- •$144 cashier's check or money order
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •DSC completion certificate and certified DPS driving record (Form 3A) after the course
Important Deadlines & Local Rules
