How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These
- •Valid Texas driver's license
- •Proof of insurance with the defendant's name on the policy
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •Certified Type 3A DPS driving record

- •Completion window: 90 days to complete the course and submit all documents after the court grants the request (standard Texas DSC default; confirm with court).
