DSC Court Fees
⚠ Court publishes a $10 administrative fee plus court cost, paid to the Municipal Court when the driver safety course is authorized. The state also mandates a minimum course fee (about $25) paid to the course provider, not the court. Call the court to confirm your exact total, which depends on the citation's court cost.

- •Valid Texas driver license
- •Proof of current liability insurance
- •Course completion certificate from a TDPS/TEA-approved driver safety course
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •Certified Type 3A DPS driving record
