How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These

- •Proof of valid Texas driver's license
- •Proof of financial responsibility (liability insurance valid at time of offense)
- •TDLR-approved driver safety course completion certificate
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •Certified copy of Texas driving record (obtain from DPS)
