  • Request deadline: On or before your arraignment date (must appear or contact court within 10 working days of citation date)
  • Completion window: 90 days from approval to complete course and submit documentation.

  • DSC eligibility requires: valid TX driver's license, no DSC in past 12 months, proof of insurance, speeding not more than 25 mph over limit, no school-bus-passing charge, no CDL.
  • Court holds Wednesday sessions only; confirm dates and observe holidays (court checks for holiday rescheduling).
  • Warrants: once issued, a 30% collection fee is added by GHS Collection Services; DL renewal hold placed until cleared.
