How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These
- •Completed plea form (guilty or nolo contendere)
- •Copy of valid Texas driver's license
- •Proof of financial responsibility (insurance)
- •$144 DSC fee payment
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •Certified driving record (Type 3A from dpsrecords.com)
