- •Completion window: Not published by the court; standard Texas default is 90 days after the request is granted — confirm with the court..
- •Eligibility per the court: must not hold a CDL; must have current liability insurance and a valid Texas driver's license; must not be charged with speeding more than 24 mph over the limit; the violation must not have occurred in a construction zone; and you must not have taken a Driving Course within the last 12 months.
