DSC Court Fees
⚠ The court publishes administrative fees of $144.00 for all charges except school zone violations and $169.00 for any school zone violation.
How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These
- •Valid Texas Driver License
- •Notarized green affidavit
- •Proof of financial responsibility (insurance)
- •Proof of course completion (certificate)
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •Certified copy of your driving record from the Texas DPS
