Important Deadlines & Local Rules

  • Request deadline: Request must be received by the court prior to the appearance date on your ticket and prior to completing the course
  • Online case search and payment available at govrec.com; 5% convenience fee applies for online payments.
  • Payments accepted by money order, cashier's check, or debit/credit card; cash not accepted.
  • Juveniles under 17 must appear in court with a parent or guardian to request a DSC.
  • DSC not available if speeding 25+ mph over the limit, CDL holder, school bus pass, construction zone, or prior course within 12 months.
