DSC Court Fees

How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These
- •Completed notarized DSC request form (Reply Form) with plea of No Contest
- •Copy of valid Texas driver's license
- •Proof of current liability insurance in defendant's name
- •$144 court fee (or $169 if school zone violation)
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •DSC Certificate of Completion (signed)
- •Certified Type 3A Driving Record from Texas DPS
Important Deadlines & Local Rules
- •Request deadline: Within 10 days from the issuance date of the citation
- •Completion window: 90 days (Texas standard; not explicitly stated on court page).

- •DSC is only available for one moving violation within a 12-month period; not eligible if 25+ mph over limit or traveling 95+ mph.
