DSC Court Fees
⚠ Fee must be submitted by appearance date as a money order or cashier's check payable to Crawford Municipal Court. Court also requires a notarized DSC request form and a 3A Certified Driving Record ($12 fee paid directly to DPS at dps.texas.gov).
How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These
- •Completed and notarized Request for Drivers Safety Course form
- •Copy of Texas Driver's License (or permit, or proof of Active Military service for non-Texas license holders)
- •Copy of current auto insurance card
- •Money order or cashier's check payable to Crawford Municipal Court for $144 (or $169 in a school zone)
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •3A Certified Driving Record from DPS (dps.texas.gov — $12 fee paid to DPS)
