Important Deadlines & Local Rules

  • •Request deadline: Must appear in court and request DSC before your appearance date
  • •Completion window: 90 days to complete the course and submit certificate of completion and driving record.
  • •Not eligible if citation was for speeding 25+ mph over the limit or over 95 mph
  • •CDL holders and school bus violations are not eligible for DSC dismissal
  • •Must not receive any further traffic offenses/violations in Texas while the violation is still open
  • •Municipal Judge: Royce Wittie; court handles Class C misdemeanors and traffic violations within Wolfforth city limits
