To Request Approval — Submit These

- •Proof of liability insurance valid on date of offense
- •Copy of valid Texas driver license
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •DSC Certificate of Completion (signed)
- •Certified Type 3A Driving Record from Texas DPS
Important Deadlines & Local Rules
- •Request deadline: Contact court before paying any fine — payment constitutes a plea of no contest and waives driver safety course eligibility
- •Must contact the court BEFORE making any payment to request a driver safety class or deferred disposition — incorrect or premature payment will be voided or refunded.
