After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •DSC certificate of completion (original or certified copy)
- •Texas certified driving record (from DPS)
Important Deadlines & Local Rules
- •Request deadline: Request must be submitted on or before the court date shown on the citation
- •Completion window: 90 days from approval (standard deferral period).
- •Judge Wayne Money presides over Precinct 1, Place 1.
- •DSC is offered as a deferral condition — the judge may also require DSC as part of a deferred disposition (separate track).
- •Deferred disposition (non-DSC track) carries a $50.00 deferral fee due within 10 days of approval; 90-day probationary period.
- •CDL holders are NOT eligible for DSC dismissal even in a personal vehicle.
