How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These

- •Completion certificate from TDLR-approved DSC provider (submitted within 90 days of court approval)
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •Certified Texas driving record (Type 3A) from the Texas Department of Public Safety
