Houston Municipal Court — DSC Instructions
DSC Court Fees
Mandatory DSC (requested on time)
To apply, submit:
- •Signed DSC Application form
- •Copy of valid Texas Driver's License
- •Copy of current auto insurance (listing you as insured)
- •Payment of the court fee
After completing the course, submit:
Certificate of Completion + Type 3A Driving Record + Notarized DSC Affidavit
Discretionary DSC — subject to court approval
Applies if you missed the mandatory request deadline or have taken a DSC course within the last 12 months.
To apply, submit:
- •Signed DSC Application form
- •Copy of valid Texas Driver's License
- •Copy of current auto insurance (listing you as insured)
- •Payment of the court fee
After completing the course, submit:
Certificate of Completion only
