How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These

After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •DSC Certificate of Completion (from a TDLR-approved provider)
- •Type 3A Certified Driving Record from Texas DPS (obtainable at texas.gov)
Important Deadlines & Local Rules
- •On or before the appearance date shown on your citation — do NOT take the course before receiving court approval
- •You have Deadline set by the court at time of approval — typically 90 days from court approval; confirm exact window with court to complete the course and submit all documents.
