After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •DSC certificate of completion (submit within deadline)
- •Texas driving record (Form 3A from DPS)
Important Deadlines & Local Rules
- •Request deadline: Must notify court on or before appearance date on citation
- •Office closed to public on Fridays.
- •If paying fine online, you must still submit the DSC request form, proof of insurance, and copy of driver's license to the court by mail or in person.
- •DSC not available if: cited for passing a school bus, speed 95+ mph, 25+ mph over posted limit, speeding in active construction zone with workers present, or CDL holder.
