To Request Approval — Submit These

After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •DSC Certificate of Completion
- •Certified Driving Record (Type 3A from Texas DPS)
Important Deadlines & Local Rules
- •On or before appearance date on citation
- •You have 90 days from court approval to complete the course and submit all documents.
- •You will have 90 days to complete the driver's safety course and submit both the certificate of completion and copy of your certified driving record.
- •Failure to submit the required documents by the due date will result in a hearing being scheduled.
- •Pleading Not Guilty makes you ineligible for a Driver Safety Course.
