- •Completion window: 90 days to complete the course and show proof of completion to the court.
- •Eligibility per the court DSC page: ineligible if you took a driving safety course within the past 12 months for a dismissal, are currently taking the course for another violation, were speeding 25+ mph over, hold a commercial or out-of-state driver's license, or for offenses like passing a school bus.
