⚠ The court states the total cost is $144.00, which includes state fees plus a $10 administrative fee. Payment is due before taking the course. Pay in person by cash, cashier's check/money order, or credit card; by mail send a cashier's check or money order only. No personal checks.

How to Request DSC Approval

In personSubmit the written plea/affidavit (signed before the court clerk or a notary), a copy of your valid Texas driver's license, proof of insurance for the date of the citation, and the $144 payment at 2929 Highway 6, Suite 100, Bayou Vista, TX 77563 before the contact date on your ticket. No docket appearance or prosecutor approval is required.
By mailMail the completed/notarized Driver Safety Course form, copy of valid TX driver's license, proof of insurance for the citation date, and a cashier's check or money order for $144 to the court before the contact date on your ticket.
