After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •Certified copy of Texas DPS driving record (Type 3A)
Important Deadlines & Local Rules
- •Request deadline: Request the driving safety course on or before the due/appearance date listed on your citation; you may lose the right if you fail to request by that date.
- •Completion window: 90 days from approval to complete the course and obtain a certified copy of your driving record, then return documents to the court.
