How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These

- •Photocopy of your Texas driver's license
- •Photocopy of your Texas liability insurance card
- •Payment by cashier's check, money order, or online
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •After approval/completion: court copy of the defensive driving certificate of completion
- •After approval/completion: a copy of your Texas Driving Record (Type 3A) from Texas DPS
