DSC Court Fees
⚠ Court publishes a $144 driver safety course administrative fee for drivers age 25 and older (if eligible). Drivers under 25 must instead enter a plea of guilty/no contest and pay the FULL cost of the fines, plus complete a state-approved course. The court also offers a separate deferred disposition option ($50 plus fines) to keep a citation off the driving record.
